Distributor Information Needed:
- W-9 with 2by2 Industries, LLC.
- Copy of your Resale Certificate
- Dealer Contact/Client Information form
- Credit Application. Payment Terms: Net-30 once credit application is approved. We accept checks and credit card payments
If you need an order shipped as soon as possible and have not submitted all the Distributor information, please call. Once your company is established as a 2by2 Industries dealer, all you will need to do is email or call for a cost/freight quote and then confirm order.
